75F, a Minneapolis, MN-based company which specializes in IoT and AI-driven commercial HVAC automation, raised additional $45M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Accurant International’s Net Zero Alliance, with participation from Carrier Global Corporation, Climate Investment, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Next47, and WIND Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to scale operations, targeting multi-site portfolios including offices and retail, school districts and municipalities, warehouses and manufacturing.
