Backers included Ken Thompson, former CEO of TD Private Client Wealth LLC; Adam Harper, former COO of Investments at Citi Wealth; Elizabeth and Michael Bisaro owners of StraightLine; Robert Rickey, Chief Growth Officer at StraightLine and former Managing Director of Advisor Services for TIAA. Ken Thompson, Adam Harper, and Gardner Horan, Managing Director of Post Road Group, joined the Board alongside Chairman John Miller of ParkMiller RIA and Questal CEO Lynn Raynault.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the rollout of its AI-powered platform.
