TalentMapper, a London, UK-based company providing a platform that helps identify and develop the skills within an organisation, has raised £2m in funding.
Backers included from Mercia Ventures and Haatch.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance the platform, expand its team and continue its growth.
Led by CEO and Founder Martin Mason, and CTO Carl Tucker, TalentMapper is designed for businesses with over 250 employees, giving HR teams a view of the capabilities and potential of the workforce. The company incorporates AI and machine learning and has been trained on 675 million career histories to date. Clients include Dunelm, Danone and Mountain Warehouse.
