PHȲND, a Stamford, CT-based provider of a subscription-free cloud gaming platform, raised $10M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Wellington Management via Wellington Access Ventures with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Connecticut Innovations Fund, and Jozy Altidore.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Co-founded by tech and media innovator André Swanston, PHȲND connects brand marketers with big-screen gaming audience through non-intrusive audience-based ads and sponsorships. It offers a way to discover, play, and socialize across a wide variety of games.
This seed will accelerate PHȲND’s continued development and its anticipated 2025 beta launch.
