Brickken, a Barcelona, Spain-based provider of a SaaS platform for creating digital assets and managing investor relations, raised $2.5M in Seed funding, at $22.5M valuation.
Backers included SNZ Capital, Mocha, Psalion, Hodl Ventures, Ergodic Fund and Blue Bay Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to:
- Consolidate its position in Europe.
- Expand and grow its operations in America and Asia.
- Collaborate with regional regulators and institutions to ensure compliance and drive mainstream adoption.
Led by CEO Edwin Mata, Brickken offers a SaaS and blockchain platform featuring tools to tokenize real-world assets, equity, debt and securities. The system’s features for corporate and institutions include:
