Antithesis, Vienna, VA-based autonomous software testing company, raised $30M in funding.
The round was led by Amplify Partners, with participation from Spark Capital, and has added Lenny Pruss, General Partner at Amplify Partners, to its board of directors. Clay Fisher, General Partner – Growth at Spark Capital, has also joined as a board observer.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO Will Wilson, Antithesis provides a continuous reliability platform that autonomously searches for software bugs in a fully deterministic simulated environment without impacting production systems. It allows organizations to innovate products to customers, and avoid potentially disastrous bug-related outages and disasters. Once integrated into a software development workflow, it scans code for bugs inside of a separate simulated environment and can perfectly reproduce every bug it finds while providing debugging information. This eliminates the need to manually write and maintain tests and test cases, allowing engineers to focus their time on feature development.
The company was founded in 2018 and launched out of stealth in 2024.
